Sore muscles suck, they really do and they are so uncomfortable as well . As I began learning more about my essential oils and looking for a natural helper when it came to Mr.A’s sore backs and my occasional sore body I began learning that some essential oils are really good and more healthy.
When I became a posh consultant i became intrigued when I seen the Hot Pepper Shabang muscle stick. So many people said it really worked and I was intrigued as it is made with shea butter, the power of hot peppers, lavender, peppermint,rosemary,sage, orange and eucalyptus essential oils. – thats alot i know. It makes it even more good.
So I bought it and really got in into use in December, when I was running up and down stairs for 2 days straight, I rubbed this on my calves and I felt the hotness but seriously the next day my calves had some much needed relief that I wasn’t getting before. I applied it on the next night and in the morning my legs felt almost like nothing happened.
I put it to the ultimate test with Mr. A and his back, well actually he did himself. I noticed my stick was missing and found it in his bathroom. Then there was days when he would mention he needs the “hot pepper stick” or ‘hot shabang stick”lol. It became a household item for us. I loved that I had a natural based product that was really providing relief.
Mr. A feels it works great but it gets better when you apply a hot towel. I also step it up and add Panaway essential oil as well.
One con is that when its DEEP muscle pain the muscle stick helps some but I find I need something stronger, thats when I use Panaway essential oil; and also pop one or two ibuprofen and rest.
Other then that minor details, those who I have recommended it to really love it and also find relief. Its amazing the power of that stick.
